Leroy is from Hong Kong and moved to Fukuoka in 2020.

He is a former water polo player.

He is a member of  the RHKYC in Hong Kong and have experience in cruiser racing.

However, sailing dinghies is his calling.  He does coastal rowing when there is no wind.
